    Vinyasa

    Breath-synchronized movement and sequences that build warmth and focus while inviting you into a moving meditation. This practice feels both energizing and clarifying. A fluid reset for body and mind.

    Slow Power

    Strength meets stillness in this intentional blend of Hatha and Vinyasa. Longer holds build steady fire while mindful transitions keep energy moving through the body. You'll leave feeling both powerful and grounded

    Mindful Flow

    A practice with room to breathe and feel. Movements unfold with spacious awareness, inviting you to notice what's happening in your body. Often completes with Yin or Restorative, guiding you from slow flow into deep, nourishing stillness.

    Yin

     A contemplative practice of sustained, supported shapes that invite the body to soften from the inside out. Through patient holding, connective tissues release, energy shifts, and a quality of quiet spaciousness is cultivated. This is yoga as meditation gentle, profound, and deeply restorative.

    Restorative

    Pure rest as practice. Fully supported by props, the body melts into deep relaxation while the nervous system remembers its natural rhythm. This is intentional restorational practice of doing less so your body can heal, integrate, and simply be.

    Integrative Yoga Practice

    A class blending multiple aspects of yoga - yogic philosophy, Pranayama (breath work) and kriyas (practices to balance energy), followed by asanas (postures) and  close with a meditative kriya and/or a partially guided meditation.

    Chair Yoga

    Yoga that meets you exactly where you are. Using the chair as both support and tool, this practice explores strength, mobility, and breath in ways that feel safe and empowering for every body. Accessible, practical, and genuinely uplifting.
