SHOES If it’s your first visit, arriving about 10–15 minutes early allows time to settle in, meet your teacher, and get oriented. We provide thoughtfully curated props to support a wide range of bodies and practices.
-
The studio is gently warmed and climate-controlled (approximately 80-85°F), designed to support movement and comfort.
-

We aim to balance flexibility with respect for shared space.
Late entry is not allowed once class is in session out of respect for the practice and students.
If you know you’ll need to leave early, let your teacher know beforehand and choose a spot near the exit.
When exiting, move quietly during a transition if possible, and avoid leaving during savasana when you can.
Whenever possible, we encourage staying for the full class. The closing moments are an essential part of the practice.
-
We’re actively exploring community accessibility programs like “good karma yogi program” as we open. Please email info@solaceyogami.com to inquire about this offering or to share your needs. We believe yoga should be welcoming and accessible, and we’re committed to growing alongside our community.
For healthcare workers, teachers, and first responders: we’re developing a special appreciation program details will be shared through our newsletter and social channels.
