Dawn Light Membership Agreement
Solace Yoga, LLC
This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Solace Yoga, LLC (“Studio”) and the undersigned member (“Member”). By signing below, Member agrees to the terms and conditions set forth herein.
1. Membership Benefits
- 5 morning classes per week, Monday - Friday (7am or 10am time slots)
- 3-month automatic payment commitment
- Discounted 10-class punch card at $200 (save $40 off regular pricing) for classes outside morning time slots
2. Payment Terms
Membership fee: first month billed at the date of purchase.
Membership will auto-renew monthly on the day purchased using the payment method provided for a term of 3 months.
3. Renewal & Cancellation
Member may cancel automatic renewal at any time by providing written notice 30 days prior to Solace Yoga, LLC.
4. Freeze & Hold Policy
<CONTRACTNAME> may not be frozen, suspended, or placed on hold.
5. Refund Policy
Membership payments are non-refundable in whole or in part.
6. Studio Policies
Class Doors: Doors close 5 minutes prior to class start time. Late arrivals will not be admitted.
Conduct: Members agree to maintain respectful behavior toward instructors and other students. Disruptive conduct will not be tolerated. A member who continually disrupts class may be asked to leave at the teacher's discretion.
Late Arrival/No-Show: Annual Members will not incur financial penalties for late arrival or no-show.
7. Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk
Member acknowledges that participation in yoga and fitness activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical exertion, risk of injury, and risk of transmission of illness.
Member voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation in classes, use of the facilities, and related activities.
Member agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Solace Yoga, LLC, its owners, instructors, employees, and contractors from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in activities at Solace Yoga, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Member affirms that they are physically capable of participating in yoga and fitness classes and have consulted a physician if necessary.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington.
9. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Member and Solace Yoga, LLC with respect to the Dawn Light Membership. Verbal agreements or representations not contained herein are binding.
Founder's Moon - Monthly Unlimited Agreement
Solace Yoga, LLC
This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Solace Yoga, LLC (“Studio”) and the undersigned member (“Member”). By signing below, Member agrees to the terms and conditions set forth herein.
1. Membership Benefits
- Founder's Moon Monthly Unlimited Members may attend an unlimited number of regularly scheduled classes during the membership term.
- Some workshops, specialty classes, or special events may require an additional fee.
- Studio t-shirt
- 2 guest passes per month (24 total annually)
- Guest passes are issued at the beginning of each month
- Guest passes expire at the end of the month in which they are issued
- Guest passes do not accrue throughout the year
- One (1) freeze/hold per membership term (1 year)
- Complimentary mat rental or studio mat storage
- 15% discount on studio merchandise and wellness products (excluding sale items)
- 15% discount on all workshops and special events
- Priority registration for retreats and teacher trainings
2. Payment Terms
Membership fee: $115.00 billed monthly beginning January 1st, or on the date of purchase after January 1st, 2026.
Initial membership payment is due in full on January 1, 2026 or at the time of purchase after January 1, 2026.
Membership will auto-renew monthly using the payment method provided for a period of 12 months.
The price paid at the time of first purchase is guaranteed for three (3) years from the initial enrollment date.
Contract is considered binding on the "Purchase Date," even if the "Purchase Date" precedes January 1st, 2026, the "Billing Date."
Member understands and agrees that although they may sign and submit this Agreement prior to Solace Yoga’s opening date, no payment will be processed until the studio officially opens. The Member’s membership term will begin on the studio’s opening day, and the recurring renewal date will be the same calendar date each subsequent month (for monthly memberships) or year (for annual memberships).
3. Renewal & Cancellation
Member may cancel automatic renewal at any time by providing written notice to Solace Yoga, LLC.
Cancellation of automatic renewal does not cancel the current membership term. Member will continue to have unlimited class access until the end of the 12-month period for which payment has been made.
Once a term has begun, it is non-refundable and will run through its expiration date.
4. Freeze & Hold Policy
Solace Yoga offers a limited freeze/hold option to support Moon Monthly Unlimited Membership holders during periods when practice is temporarily not possible.
- Member may request one (1) freeze/hold per membership term (1 year), for up to thirty (30) consecutive days, with a required minimum of thirty (30) days’ written notice.
- Extended Holds: Any request for a hold longer than thirty (30) days - such as for family emergencies or other unforeseen circumstances - will be reviewed by Solace Yoga and may be granted at the studio’s discretion.
- Any approved freeze/hold will extend the membership expiration date by the length of the hold.

Founder's Solace - Annual Membership Agreement
