Your first visit

Four simple steps

1. Pick a class. Gentle Yoga, Mindful Flow and Restorative move at an accessible pace, with plenty of options for anyone new to yoga.

2. Start your 3 weeks for $69. Unlimited classes for three weeks. You can apply the $69 toward a recurring membership any time during your intro.

3. Arrive 10–15 minutes early. That gives you time to settle in. Doors lock about 5 minutes before class begins, and late entry isn’t possible once class is in session.

4. Say hello to your teacher. Let them know it’s your first class. They’ll offer support and options throughout.
