Freezes
The Annual membership can be put on hold once a year for up to 30 days in a row, and that time is added back to the end of your membership. Monthly, Month-to-Month and Dawn Light memberships can't be frozen.
Commitments & cancelling
Month-to-Month has no long-term commitment. Monthly Unlimited and Dawn Light are 3-month commitments. Month-to-Month and Dawn Light need 14 days' written notice to cancel. You can stop an Annual or Monthly renewal any time; your current term runs to its end. Payments aren't refundable.
Guest passes
Annual members get two guest passes a month; Monthly and Month-to-Month members get one. Passes are good for the month they're issued and don't roll over.
Class cards
The 10-class card can be shared with friends and family and is good for 12 months from your first class. Dawn Light members can add a discounted 10-class card for classes outside the morning times.
Gift cards
Give five or ten classes with an emailed gift card. Credits are good for 12 months.
Arriving for class
Doors close 5 minutes before class begins, and late arrivals can't be admitted, so give yourself a few extra minutes to settle in.
